岗位描述（Job description）
1.负责组织编写规章制度和各项操作规程，确保工厂各部门人员职责权限规范化。
Be responsible for various rules and regulations and operation procedures to ensure standardization of responsibilities and authorities of all departments in the plant
2.管理工厂各部门的日常生产活动，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题以确保生产线正常运转。
Manage and coordinate daily production activities with all departments, ensure routine production by finding and solving problems
3.组织落实、监督调控生产过程中的各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标等。
Supervise and control various process, like qualities、equipment、costs, output indicators, etc.
4.领导、管理工厂维护部门对工厂基础设备的维护，保证生产现场能够正常生产，设备处于良好状态。
Lead and manage basic equipment maintenance to ensure equipment in good conditions.
5.指导、监督、检查所属下级的各项工作，确保员工不断适应岗位的需要。
Guide, supervise and inspect the assignments of subordinates to ensure all staffs meet continuously requirements

任职要求Experiences Desired
1.十年以上制药行业生产管理方面的经验，英语熟练者优先。
10years or above experience of production management in Pharmaceutical Industry. Fluent English is preferred.
2.本科及以上学历，药剂、化学或管理类相关专业
University graduate or above, major in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Management
3.熟悉药物制剂的特点、生产工艺、主要设备原理与操作。
Familiar with characteristics, production process, main equipment principle and operation of pharmaceutical formulations.
4、具有良好的流程优化、统筹组织、协调沟通和管理能力，工作细致有责任心，有安全生产、成本和质量控制意识。
Strong coordination and communication skills. Sense of responsibility, costs and quality control. can work under pressure.
5.熟悉GMP要求，了解USFDA和无菌生产工艺优先。
Familiar with GMP requirements, understand USFDA and aseptic production process is preferred.
