Clinical Research Physician (Pharmaceuticals) – Future Leaders Programme
Education required: PhD degree in clinical medicine.
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in your native language and English
Start date: July 2022
Assessment centre dates: April 2022
You’ll be excited by the thought of:
Provide medical input into clinical studies involving China
Asist to develop appropriate protocol synopsis and protocols to support research proposals and meet local registration need
Actively participate feasibilities at program, protocol and site level for global/regional studies, and provide timely and quality feedback
Assist in the medical monitoring and data review for the studies in charge
Prepare and deliver presentations for product and protocol introduction and trainings to study team
Analyze AEs/SAEs, and answer clinical and product queries from investigators
Prepare and finalize local clinical study report under supervisor, and assist study result publication
Provide medical support to deliver regulatory submissions(IND and NDA, etc)
Relevant medical document preparation
Support communication with regulatory agency(including panel meetings, etc) and relevant material preparation
Ensure compliance across all clinical activities
Follow GCP and regulatory guidance
Ensure a high level of self-directed understanding of the GSK policies and SOPs
Ensure the safe and ethical conduct of trials
Medical governance of activities before asset launch in China under scientific engagement principles
You’ll need:
PhD degree in clinical medicine.
≥2 years hospital physician experience or PhD graduates with clinical medicine training
Interpersonal communication skill;
Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of PC (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT);
Presentation skill
Relevant to the role, but not critical/essential
Sub-PI or related experience in hospital.
Experience in related therapeutic area of Respiratory, immunology,GI, ENT or internal medicine.
